Inside Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities include: maintaining internal sales service with customers & support for
3 Regional Reps.; processing orders; providing quotations, availability & following up to
ensure delivery commitments are met; ordering equipment and parts for inventory;
marketing & event support functions; and leveraging social media.
The ideal candidate will be: bilingual – English & French; a University or College graduate in Marketing or Event Management; have an interest in theatre production, technical or electronic technology; 3 to 5 years previous experience in a customer service / inside sales position preferably in a smaller, technically orientated, customer focused distributor; have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and communicate (written & verbally) effectively using reports & email; having a great telephone “presence”; computer & social media literate; capable to multi-task, meet deadlines and be organized are important. Other assets include being able to work independently, solve problems and initiate improvements to work processes. Key to success will be a willingness to: be proactive; make decisions to resolve customer’s problems and disputes; support others, be flexible and make a contribution in a smaller operation.
