GerrAudio is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to support and grow our portfolio of industry-leading wireless solutions from Clear-Com, Sound Devices, and DPA Microphones. Working across the broadcast, live performance, location sound, performing arts, houses of worship, and industrial communications markets, this role combines business development with technical expertise to help customers design, deploy, and support professional wireless systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive market development across key industry segments
- Provide technical sales support to customers, consultants, dealer partners, the GerrAudio sales team, and service department
- Design wireless systems and prepare quotations and supporting drawings
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical training, and educational seminars
- Represent GerrAudio at selected trade shows and industry events
- Assist with market forecasting and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales with demonstrated success in business development
- Strong knowledge of professional wireless audio, including wireless microphones, intercom, in-ear monitoring, and location sound
- Experience with Intercom over IP, LTE/5G cellular, DECT, and RF system deployment
- Familiarity with professional audio networking technologies including Dante, AES67, Milan, and Ravenna
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Canada and Internationally as required
