A built-in microphone (with compressor and limiter) or an external line level input, makes recording of a message, up to 20 seconds long, straightforward from either the front panel or remotely. A built-in loudspeaker unit and headphone output socket allows front panel monitoring of the channels, via listen level controls. A flashing 4 x LED PPM indicates signal presence on playback and recording
