GerrAudio Distribution, located on Development Drive in Brockville’s industrial park, has serviced the Canadian professional audio market for over forty years. We represent top-tier audio and communications equipment manufactures based out of the UK, Europe and the USA, and provide first class sales support and service to our diverse customer base across Canada.
BILINGUAL INVENTORY & ASSET COORDINATOR
Primary responsibilities will be to accurately update and maintain the company’s ERP system, as well as schedule, track and maintain the stock of demo and new inventory.
This individual will also: provide support to regional sales reps, the internal team & customers; manage vehicle maintenance schedules; travel to & assist with setup and teardown at trade shows, training sessions and sales demonstrations; drop-off and pickup of equipment in company vehicle.
The ideal candidate will be: bilingual (English & French); a high school graduate who has taken college courses in office admin., sales , marketing, theatre technology; has an interest in theatre production, mechanical or electronic technology; 3+ years customer service experience &/or relevant industry experience with a centralized ERP management system; have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and communicate effectively (written & verbal); have a great telephone “presence”; be computer & social media literate; exceptionally organized; ability to multi-task, set priorities and meeting deadlines will be important.
Other assets include being able to work independently, solve problems and initiate improvements to work processes. Key to success will be a willingness to be proactive; make decisions to resolve customer’s problems and disputes; support others, be flexible and make a contribution as a member of a small team.
The successful candidate must have a valid Class G Ontario driver’s license, be bondable &/or produce a Police Record Search Certificate and a valid Canadian passport.
